Yesterday I qualified as a Yoga Teacher

The course took one year to complete and was quite a tough squeeze whilst we have been building Innovation House into an international concept at full force.

 For years I have had a dream to learn more about yoga as well as grow on my own spiritual path respecting my own body more, especially with all the pressure from work.

I could never have imagined how significant this journey would become, having to pause around my own values and appreciate that my body still can learn so many new positions even when I am middle-aged. 

Now, I am officially an internationally certified RYT200 yogateacher, woohoo!

From this journey, I hope to also be able to bring value to my working life. Hard business does not exclude working in tune to your own values whilst of course always respecting others.
